Company Secretarial Services
All Irish companies are obliged to file an annual return with the CRO. The company’s first annual return will be due 6 months from the date of incorporation and there is no requirement to file financial statements.
Our qualified accountants will prepare and file your Annual Return for you correctly and on time, avoiding late filing fees and statutory audit.
A streamlined 56-day period is allowed for filing Annual returns following the introduction of the new Core filing system in the CRO. It is important that CRO deadlines are met as late filed returns will result in late filing fees and the possible loss of audit exemption which will result in additional costs for companies.
We can also assist with new company start ups and incorporation
